Context
A key to self-directed learning is reflection. Reflection enables the ability to examine situations in order to better understand the surrounding context and identify potential improvements for the future. This assessment task builds on assessment 1 and 2 to further develop your awareness and reflective learning ability while also assessing your understanding of the topics covered in module 4. As with assessment 1 and 2, you must write your journal entry in the first person and should try to be as open and honest with yourself as you can.

4. Professional identity – what industry do you work in / or hope to work in?
5. What should your future employer know about the skills you have and your story to help build a diversity and inclusive workplace / industry in a VUCA world?
Remember to mention your names, date and times of the interview at the beginning of the recording.
PART 2:
Using the interview information and the theoretical concepts on Diversity & Inclusion & VUCA as outlined in the module 4 learning resources, compose your reflective journal entry outlining what you have learned from the interview:
1. What have you learnt about yourself from the results of this interview?
2. What specific theoretical concepts from this module give you the greatest understanding of your own approach to Diversity & Inclusion?
3. What competencies, skills and qualities will be most critical for you to achieve your future career goals in a VUCA world?
4. Explain which of your top 5 Gallup Talents would be most valuable in developing this competency.
